Do you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and contributing your technical and organizational testing expertise? Then you could be our new Agile Test Manager (Quality Architect) for one of our Agile Release Trains (ART) in Zurich or Lugano.

**Responsibilities**:

- You promote agile testing principles and practices within the organization to ensure that testing activities are integrated early in the development cycle
- You empower the entire team to take responsibility for quality throughout the development lifecycle and that continuous testing is part of the overall agile process
- You ensure that the quality strategy and best practices are followed within the ART across multiple teams, aligning testing efforts with product goals
- You plan and implement cross-ART testing activities in collaboration with business experts and other test managers
- You define, lead and implement test automation and continuous integration practices. You ensure that teams have stable test environments for continuous testing and standardize the use of test tools
- You staff the necessary testing roles in your ART appropriately and you provide coaching and mentoring to testers
- You identify potential risks to product quality and clear out testing impediments. You will also continuously look for ways to improve testing processes and practices
- You are a member of the ART management team, you will actively shape topics such as built-in quality, continuous delivery and DevOps

**Profile**:

- Technical degree in computer science and have professional experience in the software quality assurance domain
- Five or more years of experience as an Agile Test Manager or in a similar role
- Familiar with agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum and have a strong understanding of agile testing at scale
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with a highly developed logical and analytical mind. Excellent planning and prioritization skills, highly self-organized and a good collaboration habitsFluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plusCertifications in testing such as ISTQB Advanced Level, Agile Test Leadership at Scale or Agile Tester
