Your tasks
- Guarantee for all employees a workplace that meets all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations and requirements
- Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authorities’ rules / regulations always
- Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labour efficiency
- Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well tools, equipment and work documentation
- Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to always meet demand
- Focus on training and development needs for employees and department
- Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI)
- Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees

**Profile**:

- Education: Technical education
- Proven operational and supervisory experience in the aviation industry
- Strong supervisory skills to manage resources with a willingness to develop into managerial roles. Higher education (e.g., University of Applied Sciences, Polytechnic) is a plus
- Proven ability to provide effective management of allocated manpower and resources
- Advanced communication skills in English (level B2) and German (level C1)
- Skilled at identifying challenges and proactively presenting solutions to management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level
- Positive attitude and solutions orientated
- High degree of customer focus, addressing both internal and external needs
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in two-shift pattern
