**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Lugano and lead human resources initiatives across Switzerland, the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a strategic partner to Top-Management and Leadership, providing expert guidance on HR matters and contributing to the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and international standards.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Switzerland and in the other countries.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation processes.
- Foster a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in an international and/or IT Consulting environment
- Demonstrated success in managing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations
- Exceptional managerial, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in navigating and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR practices in the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium is advantageous.
- Certification in HR management or related field is desirable.
- Italian native and fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Availability for short trips to other company Branches.
