**We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a project in the public sector in Switzerland.**: **BESCHÄFTIGUNGSGRAD** 80% **ARBEITSORT** Bern / Remote (only from Switzerland) **STARTDATUM** 21.10.2024 **ENDDATUM** 30.06.2027 **REFERENCE** 3123 **TYP** Contracting Remote work from abroad is not possible. **Tasks** - Lead and manage Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones within the public sector - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure smooth project progress - Coach team members on Agile practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with client requirements and public sector standards **Requirements**: - Over 4 years of Scrum Master experience - Prof. Scrum Master III Certification, - SAFe and HERMES 5.1 Certifications - Over 2 years experience in the public sector or in a large organisation (> 500 employees) - Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management systems is preferred - Fluency in English and German proficient written and spoken - Basic knowledge of one of the official languages French or Italian **Soft Skills** - Strong leadership and team facilitation skills - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Effective communication skills across various stakeholder levels - Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Collaborative mindset with a focus on team empowerment and continuous improvement **Interessiert?
