Management Assistant for Internal Audit (80-100%)
In this exciting role, you will support various Chief Auditors within the Audit department in Switzerland in all organizational and administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel organization, expense management, and the preparation of presentations.
**Your Qualifications**:
- **5+ years’ experience as a Management Assistant, **ideally in a role supporting various managers simultaneously
- **Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)**:
- **Practical experience in prioritizing tasks effectively and flexibly in a challenging environment**:
- **High level of service orientation and the ability to communicate with various senior management interfaces**:
- Ability to keep all information and interaction of senior management confidential
- **Fluent in English** and preferable German (both verbally and in writing)
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Management of calendars: Meetings / Calls / VCs within different time zones and Organization of Events/ Workshops / Off-Sites
- Responsible for the expenses and submission of holidays/absences in MyTime
- Set up Quarterly meetings and various series with stakeholders
- Weekly IAMC presentations: Collection, editing, and sending of the IAMC presentations. Coordination with the respective team for the weekly topics
- Gather details from the hiring manager in order to open the requisition
- Job opening in Taleo & sending job description to the hiring manager
- Onboarding of new joiners, ordering of programs, tools, hardware, badges, lockers, etc.
- Responsible for the Facility Management: Coordination of lockers, support in case of questions/problems with printers, water dispensers, cables, monitors, etc.
- Assistance the IT support in explaining tools, programs or processes, organization of greeting cards, gifts, etc.
