**Your Role**:
As Relationship Manager Assistant Benelux at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are not only an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations but also are capable of developing to become a client relationship manager eventually and you provide seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
- Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
- Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills and capability to work independently
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Fluency in Dutch; very good command in English and German; Fluency in French is a plus
