- Your Tasks
- Perform various assistance tasks to support the Unit Head and the staff of the Business Aviation unit
- Maintain the HR control center and travel organization for the Business Aviation unit
- Assistance with customer visits, including responsibility for the attractive design of the customer zone and support in the organization of sales activities
- Support of smaller projects and organizational matters
- Conduct general administrative tasks such as archive management, procurement of office supplies, correspondence in German and English
- Represent competent contact point and hub for internal and external inquiries

- Basic commercial training or corresponding experience as an assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a dynamic environment
- High affinity for MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English (C1), further languages are an advantage
- Trustworthy, discreet, flexible and service-oriented personality with good organizational and communication skills
- Openness to take on new tasks and to initiate projects
