Product Expert

Spécialiste produit de l'établissement, ambassadeur de la marque, vous soutenez l'équipe de vente en intervenant sur les étapes clés du parcours client (accueil, présentation gamme/options, essai, livraison). Pour chacune de vos actions, vous promouvez la marque, transmettez vos connaissances pointues avec passion et offrez aux visiteurs ou clients une expérience riche et valorisante, avec pour objectif leur satisfaction.
**VOTRE MISSION**
- Accueillir les prospects et clients, leur faire découvrir et essayer nos véhicules, les enthousiasmer pour la marque Mercedes-Benz
- Offrir un aperçu de la palette de produits et procurer des informations techniques et générales sur les fonctionnalités et les options
- Assister notre team de vente au niveau de l'administration des ventes
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- CFC d’un métier en relation avec l’automobile ou dans le domaine commercial
- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans les relations et le conseil aux clients du segment premium (produits de luxe, électronique de communication et de divertissement, hôtellerie, etc.)
- Grand sens de l'accueil et du service
- Aisance relationnelle, excellent/e communicateur/trice avec une attitude positive
- De langue maternelle française avec d’excellentes connaissances en anglais (niveau B2)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Microsoft Office et des nouvelles technologies
- Appréciant le travail en équipe, tout en sachant être autonome.
