This is what you do:

- You ensure that operations run smoothly
- Representing the Restaurant Manager in his absence
- You work at the front and are responsible for guest satisfaction
- You carry out various administrative tasks as well as tidying and cleaning tasks
- You are responsible for compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines

What you bring with you:

- Complete training in the catering or hotel industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Your German and English skills correspond to level B2
- You are a warm and dynamic host personality and have a talent for organization as well as good PC skills
- You are flexible, resilient, team-oriented and like to lend a hand

Your new workplace is located in Zurich West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel comprises 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant and the Lucid Bar & Lounge.
