Global Learning Content Creator

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Create learning content in blended formats (core competence)
- Collaborate with Product & Solution Managers, Marketing, Clinical and Scientific colleagues as well as external experts to develop and provide consistent, scalable and didactically sound learning content for different target groups to support new launches and update LCM of existing products/solutions.
- Present the learning packages during internal trainings and events.
- Successful creation of learning content is supported through, but not limited to, the following:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Fundamental understanding of implantology principles
- Understanding and leveraging of scientific base of evidence to support learning objectives
- Creating overviews of product features and benefits
- Ability to develop effective speaker materials (including presentations with images, videos, animations, demo & hands-on exercises)
- Nurture a reliable network of internal and external professionals to support content development and best-practice sharing for continuous improvement

**Ideal Profile**
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills is required
- Fluency in English is required
- Other languages are a plus
- Graduate in Dentistry or proven history of deep knowledge of dental/clinical background is a plus
