En tant que Demand Planner Joaillerie, vous assurerez la planification des ventes à court, moyen et long terme en collaboration avec le Marketing International sur vos lignes de produit assignées tout en garantissant un niveau optimal de stock en accord avec les objectifs de la Supply Chain Cartier.

**DÉFINITION DES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Dans le cadre de votre fonction de Demand Planner Joaillerie, vous définirez les hypothèses de ventes en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing sur la gamme et la nouveauté.
- Déterminer la prévision monde centrale
- Mener les discussions avec le marketing : challenger les hypothèses afin de trouver un consensus
- Dimensionner les nouveautés en terme d’ouverture de réseaux et de potentiel de ventes pour l’ensemble de nos filiales
- Animer le processus des lancements : estimer le potentiel de ventes, valider les dimensionnements, collaborer avec les filiales et le Marketing International pour valider un consensus tripartite, garantir le bon paramétrage des outils
- Assurer la fiabilité des informations transmises à l'ensemble des acteurs de la Supply Chain
- Assurer la maitrise de nos processus via des analyses et des reporting divers (ventes, stocks, tendance des marchés, etc.)
- Participer à des projets de transformation dans le domaine de la prévision des ventes
- Prévoir et anticiper le changement

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme d’ingénieur.e (spécialisation Supply Chain un plus)
- Vous avez complété votre cursus académique par une expérience pratique de 3 à 5 ans dans les domaines de la prévision des ventes, de l'approvisionnement ou de la distribution, et ce dans un contexte international
- Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet de communiquer avec aisance dans un contexte professionnel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (niveau B2 minimum),
- Reconnu.e pour vos talents de négociation et vos qualités interrelationnelles, vous savez présenter les faits de manière concise et pertinente sans perdre de vue votre objectif.
