**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate **Graphic Designer**at 21Shares, where you will play a key role in defining and scaling our brand across global markets. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and boldness to how we communicate visually—translating complex financial and crypto concepts into compelling, user-friendly design. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a designer who wants to work at a fast-paced successful start-up and is looking to craft brand systems as they execute standout creative.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and execute end-to-end design for campaigns, digital ads, social media, web, presentations, sales collateral, merch, and more
- Translate complex ideas and data into clean, engaging, and digestible visual formats
- Manage and evolve the 21Shares visual identity across global regions
- Uphold design standards, ensuring all touchpoints reflect a cohesive brand experience
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure quality output
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to align design work with business goals

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fintech, tech, or fast-paced startups
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and storytelling across channels
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing for both digital and print, including social assets, decks, reports, event materials, and merchandise
- Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
- Ability to work quickly and iterate in a high-growth, global environment
- Interest in crypto and willingness to continue learning as the space evolves
- Highly conceptual, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to visually simplify complex topics

**Bonus**:

- Previous experience in finance, tech, or crypto
- Experience with motion design
- Experience sourcing and directing photo or video shoots

**This role is based in Zurich, and you will be expected to work from our Zurich office in a hybrid model
