In this role, you will join the Global Communications team and you will be responsible for the following:
**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop the Brand Communication & PR strategy and calendar for brand campaigns, art and culture initiatives, innovations, special projects and store openings.
- Identify and propose creative and engaging communication opportunities for brand awareness: brand programmes, Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and Art & Culture projects.
- Coordination and daily support of the markets in the implementation and execution of Communication & PR strategies.
- Creation and distribution of institutional content: press releases and imagery.
- Responsible for the PR outreach and strategy for our brand and innovations and the media segmentation for all Events and PR activities.
- Supervise brand content ideation and creation, beyond the innovations and in charge of 360 activations across all touchpoints: social media, website, CRM, media.
- Lead the development and production of all Comms & PR assets, in collaboration with our internal Creative Studio or external partners.
- Lead coordination of press interviews and speaking points for brand speakers on all topics including brand and product initiatives.
- Define and reports KPI and media ROI transversally on product and brand initiatives and analysis of media coverage results on a global scale.
- Collaborate transversally within the Global Communications Team amplify initiatives across communication expertise: events, influence etc.
- Management and support of global events related to institutional projects: Art & Culture, store opening, brand events.
- Development of communication plan and PR strategy with B2B partners.
- Work with Internal Communication Team to amplify brand initiatives internally.
- Point of contact for external business stakeholders, including brand and business partners or institutions.
- You should have excellent multitasking and project management skills, strong luxury brand understanding and capacity to drive and develop brand content initiatives. You have a strong first experience in Communications & PR at a Global role and are comfortable leading your projects autonomously.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 5 years of international experience (HQ) in the field of Communication and PR (Global Role) for a luxury brand.
- Experience in Art, Culture, Design fields is a plus.
- You have coordinated a local network of PR agencies or internal teams.
- You have successfully led tracking and ROI of PR campaigns and have a strong understanding of media coverage analysis.
- You have excellent communication skills - written and oral - in English and are capable of writing press releases, speeches and interviews.
- High creativity, willingness to present new disruptive ideas and think out of the box.
- Service-oriented mindset and high attention to luxury execution and details.
- You show enthusiasm, commitment, passion and a positive attitude.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- You are highly organised, detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- You value team transversal collaboration and collaborative value creation throughout your projects - being a hands-on team player is a must.
- Your English is fluent
