- Responsible of the entire operational management of the East Wing building of FIVE Zurich with 62 standard rooms, a reception area with a kiosk, a lobby area and a game room.
- Being actively involved in day-to-day business and exemplify a strong service spirit.
- Acting as a Guest Relations Manager, processing guest feedback and constantly implementing measures to improve it and increase guest review scores.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
- Inspect the cleanliness of the public areas and address it to the cleaning department.
- Substitute the reception employees on breaks and perform front office duties when required (check in /check out of guests)
- Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Commitment to delivering exceptional services with passion.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Good level of English, German is a plus.
- Highly organized, and results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
- Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
- Perfect grooming, always on a neat and tidy appearance
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
