**Dein Gestaltungsraum**
- Konzeption, Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten über sämtliche Kanäle. Aktive Mitgestaltung der Kommunikationsstrategie
- Verfassen und Redigieren zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte für Mitarbeitermagazine, Blogs, Intranet, Publireportagen und Broschüren
- Konzipieren und Realisieren von Publishing-Projekten und Drucksachen wie Broschüren, Flyer, Plakate etc. mit externen Partnern mit Fokus auf den Inhalt
- Organisieren und Durchführen von Events, Fotoshootings und Filmaufnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie kontinuierlicher Austausch mit dem Kommunikationsteam der BKW Gruppe
- Ad-hoc Beratung von Geschäftsleitern und Bereichsleitenden in Kommunikationsfragen
- Du bringst deine Expertise in verschiedenen Projekten aus den Bereichen Kommunikation und Marketing ein
**Deine Expertise**
- Du verfügst über einen Hoch
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Kommunikation/Marketing/PR und hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation oder auf Agenturseite
- Du bist wortgewandt und kannst dich mündlich sowie schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch ausdrücken, Französisch ist ein Plus
- Schreiben ist deine Leidenschaft Du verfasst routiniert verschiedene Textsorten und bist sattelfest in der deutschen Rechtschreibung
- Als Teamplayer mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität und hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung bist du es gewohnt, Themen proaktiv anzupacken und auf allen Managementstufen versiert zu kommunizieren
- Du bist eine dynamische und offene Persönlichkeit, welche auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen die Ruhe und Übersicht bewahrt
