**Overview
- The Technical Project Manager (Automation) ensures Project Delivery on scope, timelines, costs and quality.
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overall coordination of design and execution team.
They oversee the design and execution of the IT/OT Project Team and ensure that all are provided on quality and time.
The Technical Project Manager also collaborates with other departments, such as CQV, Process, Operations etc.
**Responsibilities
- Overall Design Coordination of the Project Automation and IT Team
- Overall Design Coordination of IT and OT
- Focus on critical path
- Design Note Coordination incl schedule and cost analysis
- Oversee project plans to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with CAPEX investments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Comprehensive understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry and Drug Product Industry
**Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the different disciplines: Building Automation, Process Automation, IT and Delta V
- Strong understanding on project phases, deliverables and interfaces
- Experienced as Automation Lead.
- Mature collaboration and influencing skills, able to work efficiently in a highly matrix environment with teams and individuals.
- Excellent command of English with desirable knowledge of German.
- Strong analytical skills for in-depth analysis of complex/large datasets, drawing conclusions and supporting decisions.
