**PhD Program Coordinator (30%)**

**Starting date: September 1st 2025 or earlier by agreement**

The Faculty of Psychology is one of seven faculties of the oldest university in Switzerland. With our core focus on Society & Choice and Health & Interventions, we are successful both nationally and internationally in our research and study programs. In addition the Faculty of Psychology provides postgraduate education and public services. The PhD Program Health and Interventions provides educational formats and tools for PhD students of the respective divisions and centers in the research area Health & Interventions. It is intended to provide support, education and networking for PhD students and their start of an academic career. As of September 1, 2025 or by arrangement, a position as a research associate with a workload of 30% is available. The position is initially limited for four years.

**Your position**

As a coordinator of the PhD program, you will be responsible for the successful organization and coordination of the program. Key tasks are:

- Tailoring a curriculum to the needs of the PhD students, with renowned and experienced lecturers
- Facilitating the contact with national and international experts
- Supporting PhD students organize peer support formats (e.g., Writing/Journal/Reading Clubs)
- Organization of needed administrative tasks (e.g. annual report, payment and submission of invoices)

- You enjoy organizing and being part of conceptualizing a PhD program
- You work well independently, and you enjoy reaching out to new experts and collaborators
- Ideally, you hold a PhD degree in Psychology
