**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the planning and organization of events, both virtual and in-person, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage SWAG coordination, including sourcing customer gifts, managing warehouse inventory, and overseeing shipments.
- Assist in community management activities, including engaging with our online community and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Contribute to campaign development by assisting in copywriting and proofreading campaign deliverables built for various channels.
- Provide assistance with stakeholder management, including communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoom is a nice to have.
- Ideally, experience or a strong interest in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn attitude.
- Availability to work on-site in Zurich for 40-50% of the time.
