- Agir en première personne de contact pour toutes questions opérationnelles qui ont trait aux Boutiques
- Suivi, analyse et reporting des KPIs (vente, inventaire, RH, CRM) et mise en place des guidelines Retail de la marque
- Visite hebdomadaire des point de vente et soutien lors d’événements en boutique
- Responsable du recrutement, de l’évaluation, de la gestion des performances et du respect des règles des collaborateurs en boutique
- Elaboration et suivi des activités marketing Retail en collaboration avec le Marketing
Responsabilité du merchandising des Boutiques, en collaboration avec le Visual Merchandising

**Le Profil**
- Au bénéfice d’une expérience professionnelle de min. 5 ans dans une fonction similaire (Retail, Opérations, Management) dans le domaine du premium/luxe en Suisse
- Excellente maitrise du français, de l’allemand et de l’anglais (business fluent en 3 langues)
- Au bénéfice d’une formation universitaire ou HES/supérieure
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion et coaching d’équipe
- Vous faites preuve de flexibilité, de dynamisme et êtes résistant au stress
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences analytiques et êtes proactif
- Vous êtes une personne ouverte et communicative avec une forte orientation clients
Flexible et disponible pour de fréquents déplacements dans toute la Suisse (large pourcentage sur le terrain - véhicule d’entreprise)
