**BACKGROUND**:

We have already a strong presence in the areas of lung cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer and hematology malignancies, where we have built a strong leadership leveraging our scientific platforms to act on immuno-oncology targets, the DNA damage response pathway, Tumor's drivers and resistance mechanisms and Antibody-Drug conjugates, among others.

Beyond the existing portfolio, AstraZeneca is now strengthening its footprint in Breast Cancer, to ensure a holistic patient care across different types of disease.

In this context we are seeking for dedicated and experienced marketers to prepare the launch and maximize the potential of our leading portfolio in Breast Cancer, delivering commercial excellence in close collaboration with a wide variety of in
- and external partners.

**YOUR MAIN** **ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS**:

- Reporting directly to the BC/Gyn Cancer Franchise Head, you will be responsible for the Breast Cancer area and will be involved in the maximization of the current Breast cancer indications of 2 products and in the launch preparation of upcoming indications, as well as a new molecular entity.
- Together with the Alliance partners, you will lead the development of the annual brand strategic plan for the indications under your responsibility and will coordinate its execution.
- In this role, you are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning.
- You collaborate with regulatory affairs, market access and medical to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional materials, educational events, strategic projects, patient support programs and omnichannel campaigns.
- You work closely with the sales force and are also responsible for its product-related marketing training.
- You will maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.
- You will be responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will monitor these goals on an ongoing basis.

**YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- You have at least 5 years’ experience as a marketer in pharmaceutical companies. Previous experience in oncology (especially in the areas of Breast Cancer) is highly desirable.
- You have experience in launch preparation and leading cross functional teams
- You have strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Problem solving & solution oriented, you can safely handle complex tasks
- You are an innovative, results-oriented person. You have a natural ability for critical thinking and quick decision-making
