My client is a company active in the rental of workspace with an international presence in over 900 cities. The goal of the company is to create the best working conditions for their clients in an inspiring environment.

Today, they are looking for a Community Manager for the opening of a new workspace in Bern. Your role will be to monitor the operations of the space and and to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Descriptif des tâches**:
Your duties include:

- Operational responsibility of the site
- Technical direction of the center team in daily activities
- Maintain the center's switchboard
- Ensuring quality service and high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or in case of major problems refer to the responsible manager
- Organizing/coordinating community events
- Handling daily client requests

**Nous recherchons**:
Your profile:

- Successful professional training in hospitality industry, services industry or similar area
- Good knowledge of the german and english languages
- A reliable, organized and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and flexible
- Service oriented
