**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.As a Private Banker, you will be covering the Italian-speaking Switzerland market, where you will be responsible for business development, the client experience and engaging our resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution. You will be part of a team based at the Zurich office but will be required to spend most of the time in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Various levels of flexibility and other specific arrangements may be considered by the bank’s management.**Your role**:

- Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Building and managing a book of business of HNW clients for the Ticino market.
- Managing each account to ensure that clients have a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced.
- Meeting prospects and clients and preparing and following up on these meetings.
- Being responsible for the sale and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients, with assistance from all the Bank’s resources (investment specialists, wealth planners, credit specialists, etc.). Ensuring that the products and services offered cover clients’ needs and meet their goals.
- Monitoring portfolios and providing performance reviews.
- Keeping up to date with news and market events and understanding how these impact client accounts.
- Establishing a close and fruitful collaboration with other departments/locations of the bank.

**Your profile**:

- Capacity to develop a book of business consisting of HNW clients in the relevant market.
- Sound understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to, asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and identification of wealth-planning opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Solution oriented and with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ideally a postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s, CFA, CIIA or MBA.
- Minimum of five years’ business development experience, preferably in private banking.
- Fluency in Italian and English; German and French would be an advantage.
