**Electrification Talent & Learning Manager**:

This is a strategically critical role enabling the executing of the Electrification (“EL”) business area’s strategy. Working with key Division and Functional stakeholders, in collaboration with the EL HR leadership team and group people development team. The incumbent will drive the Talent & Learning agenda of ABB’s largest business, developing and driving an integrated talent management and organization effectiveness strategy in order to achieve the strategic business priorities. The role-holder represents Electrification in the Corporate Leadership Learning ecosystem and plays a strategic advisory role bringing strong T&L operational expertise and experience.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive the overall Talent Management, Learning and Organization Development strategy for the Electrification Business area, enabling the execution of the Divisions’ strategy, in line with the ABB strategic objectives.
- Act as the Business HR interface with Corporate to ensure Diversity & Inclusion principles are a core tenet for the Business. Lead the Business D&I initiatives.
- Ensure core processes such as assessments, people review sessions and succession planning are delivered effectively to strengthen a sustainable, strong talent bench, in collaboration with the HR Business Partners and the GBS team.
- Manage the identification, development and deployment of senior leaders and high potentials within the business. Engage regularly in the talent pool discussions to identify the capability re-quirements for the future.
- Lead identification of capability and learning needs across the Business. Work in coordination with Corporate Learning to effectively implement the Leadership Learning Ecosystem.
- Lead the deployment of a robust Capability & Workforce Planning process within the Business, in collaboration with HR Operations.
- Lead role with GBS Talent Advancement & Talent Acquisition to provide feedback about current programs and business related requests.
- Coordinate with external providers business learning related needs, engage HRBPs, managers and employees to maximize the benefits.
- Track progress and ROI of all above programs and activities through KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the corporate and GBS teams to ensure the business voice shapes the group and GBS framework on TA, D&I, TM and Learning.

**Your background**:

- Seasoned professional with at least 10+ years’ experience in HR, defining and driving talent and organizational development strategy.
- Experience in leading a team (direct and indirect) in a global environment.
- Learning programs design and coordination/delivery experience.
- Strategic mindset. Thorough understanding of business drivers and global external trends.
- Experience leading D&I initiatives and Talent Development initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
- Deep expertise and proven success in designing Talent Management frameworks and approaches. Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change.
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally. Excellent relation-ship building ability across stakeholders and collaborative.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive.
