We want you to join us as a/an... **Business Portfolio Manager (80-100%)**: **Your responsibilities**: The main objective of this position is to strengthen and support Skyguide's framework to manage different Business Units in the organisation. Main points of attention include ownership, transparency and leading by figures. "Portfolio Manager" is to be understood in a business sense, not as related to Project/Portfolio management practices. - Optimizes the Business Portfolio, coordinates Business Units setup, and act as single contact point for all units in the organisation - Maintains a Platform of Exchange including planning and facilitating Business Unit Committees - Leads Business Unit improvements and continuously improve the Business Unit management framewok - Facilitates the evolution of relevant Support Functions - Aligns Business Portfolio Management with adjacent processes and identifies synergies and usage for expertise - Maintains & Integrates Business Portfolio Management Framework into Skyguide's governance and management system **Your profile**: - Master's degree, or equivalent level of professional experience, in a science, engineering, or business-oriented discipline - Working knowledge of the aviation or air navigation - Several years consultancy experience and/or in a line management role - Strong cross-functional management capabilities - Good motivator with an ability to lead and convince people based on solid arguments - Fluent in English, knowledge of French or German is a plus **Location**: Geneva **When**:01.02.2025 or upon availability **Work percentage**: 80-100%
