Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other technical field.
- At least 7 years of software Product leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading and growing world class product and analytics teams
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management - forecasting, planning, network design, and logistics.
- Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion of large-scale operational or technical projects
- Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with engineering and science teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management

The Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) organization owns the end-to-end strategy and operations to fulfill grocery orders through the online channels, incl. Supply Chain, operations, transportation, and last mile delivery for Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and Grocery Partnerships (GP), world-wide. Key job responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Be the voice of the instock and operations teams to drive strategic product vision and supporting roadmap to improve instock, reduce shrink and lower operational cost across the Fresh business (stores, FCs and DCs). Drive alignment with senior leaders (Director+) and key cross-functional partners to prioritize resourcing to support strategic visions.
- Product Management: Partner with tech and business to identify key pain points through supply chain to launch high impact products and services. This includes the entire life cycle from BRD development to launch. Develop in-house short-term scrappy solutions when tech is not available to address business needs.
- Operational planning: Lead operational planning cycles for instock/inventory health and under the roof for the Fresh business. Manage prioritization and trade-offs with business and tech partners during OP1/OP2 as well as throughout the year.
- Team Management: Lead a team of ~25 Product Managers and PM-Ts in developing and executing on a high-impact, product strategy and roadmap for Instock, Inventory Health, and distribution center operations. Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to attain their business and career goals. Design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals
- MBA or Masters in engineering or quantitative field
- Understanding of software development life cycle and/or agile development environment
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including deep knowledge of statistical analysis, Excel, SQL and/or other analytical techniques
