In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für wissenschaftlich fundierte Innovationen mit messbarem Einfluss. Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Expertenteams zusammen, um kreative Lösungen auf Basis neuester Forschungserkenntnisse zu entwickeln. Dabei nutzt du deine Expertise, um strategisch relevante Themen voranzutreiben und zukunftsweisende Ansätze umzusetzen. Dein Blick für wissenschaftliche Exzellenz treibt dich an, neue Standards zu setzen und kontinuierlich Grenzen zu verschieben. Du gestaltest aktiv eine innovative Forschungsumgebung mit, die Raum für Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung schafft.

** Verantwortung**:

- Du definierst in funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams Forschungsziele und entwickelst geeignete technische Ansätze zur Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen.
- In dieser Rolle gestaltest Du vollständige Data-Science-Pipelines und setzt moderne KI-Methoden wie NLP, Computer Vision oder Zeitreihenanalysen in der Forschung ein.
- Du entwickelst Prototypen und APIs für ML- und KI-Modelle und verantwortest deren Integration auf Cloud-Plattformen.
- Als Data Science und KI Spezialist arbeitest Du eng mit Entwicklern, Architekten und anderen Data Scientists zusammen, um skalierbare KI-Lösungen bereitzustellen.
- Du trägst zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität bei und identifizierst neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams.
- In dieser Funktion treibst Du die Anwendung neuester Technologien voran und förderst eine datengetriebene Denkweise innerhalb der Forschungseinrichtung.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du verfügst über einen Master oder PhD in Data Science, Statistik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Du hast breite Erfahrung in der Anwendung statistischer Modelle, Machine Learning und generativer KI, idealerweise mit Forschungshintergrund
- Sicherer Umgang mit Python, Git sowie mindestens einem AI- und einem Prototyping-Framework zeichnet dich aus
- Du findest dich in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum, MLOps oder Agile problemlos zurecht
- Ob kleine oder grosse Datenmengen - du beherrschst Datenaufbereitung, Analyse und Modellierung souverän
- Dank starker Kommunikations
- und Lösungskompetenz führst du Projekte erfolgreich auch im Zusammenspiel mit externen Teams
