**Equinix Switzerland is hiring a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for our Data Centers in Geneva**:
In this role you will perform preventive and reactive maintenance related to the infrastructure, manage sub-contractors and form an active part of a successful team.

**Responsibilities**
- Under the direction of the IBX Manager, perform preventive and reactive maintenance related to the infrastructure.
- Utilize the maintenance management system to ensure accuracy of data at all time.
- Monitor alarm systems and react to any alarms raised.
- Perform small repairs.
- Manage sub-contractors and ensure they follow Equinix rules.
- Perform and follow up visual checks.
- On-Call service will be required (1 week every month).
- Work in a planned shift rotation.

**Requirements**:

- Apprenticeship in Electrical and/or Mechanical installations.
- Experience with critical infrastructure is preferred.
- Be able to perform small repairs (Electrical, mechanical and plumbing).
- Able to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
- Friendly with computing/electronics tools to monitor the site (BMS, displays, etc...).
- Friendly with Office Pack (Word, Excel, etc...).
- Good knowledge in French and English (written/spoken).
- Being able to communicate in an efficient way, even during stressful situations.
- Flexible.
- Driving license
