**Do you love art, kids, or both? We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to lead playful, hands-on art sessions for children.**

Our program is unique: we use creative art projects as a way to help children develop essential life skills. In our sessions, children build self-confidence, teamwork, critical thinking, and communication. We empower them to make their own decisions, learning to solve problems and trust themselves. We strive to help children grow into resilient, intelligent, and confident individuals.

You might be an art student, a passionate hobbyist, an experienced art teacher or simply someone who believes in the power of imagination — what matters most is your joy for working with kids and inspiring self-expression. With support from our team and ready-made resources, you’ll help children explore colours, stories, and ideas in a space that’s full of warmth, wonder, and artistic adventure.

**Benefits/Perks**

**Requirements**:

- English (very good or native)
- Swiss-German or German (can be basic but must ensure instructions are understood)
- Profession & Reliable
- Passion for the Arts (enjoy drawing, painting, crafting)
- Good with kids and teenagers
- Must be able to work Saturday mornings (more after-school times will become available as we grow).
- Ideally currently studying or graduated from a creative, educational or art-related field
- Bring a fun, upbeat, and playful personality - firm but friendly with kids

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver our art projects to students in English (curriculum is provided)
- Be able to give basic instructions in German or Swiss-German if necessary
- Follow the set curriculum and lesson plans
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students and team members
- Track student progress and achievements
- Help students think creatively and solve problems through art
- Take accurate attendance each session
- Keep students actively involved and give regular feedback
- Work with other team members to support a safe and welcoming classroom
- Please note: This is an in-person role. You must be available to work on site in a classroom.

**Qualifications**
- Ideally currently studying or graduated from a creative, educational or art-related field
- Strong in both written and verbal communication
- Bring a natural sense of leadership and confidence
- Previous experience in classroom management / working with children or teens is a big plus

**Job Type**: Side job

Pay: CHF22.00 - CHF35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
