Ihre Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Führung des New Energy Teams
- Verantwortung für den Auf
- und Ausbau der New Energy Aktivitäten der RENK Group innerhalb der Division M&I
- Berichtet direkt an CEO Marine und Industrie
- Leitung der Abstimmung zwischen Technologie-/ Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Marketing
- Aktive Beobachtung und Analyse der Märkte für H2, CC(U)S und industrielle Energiespeicherung/Wärmepumpen
- Besuch von Konferenzen, Messen, Schlüsselkunden, sowie Mitarbeit in Gremien (z.B. H2.B, Hydrogen Councel)
- Identifikation und Entwicklung von potentiellen Neukunden & Analyse von konsolidierten Vertriebs
- und Projektlisten
- Identifikation von relevanten (öffentlichen) Fördermittel
- Ermittlung der technischen Anforderungen der Endkunden und OEM's und daraus
- Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen für das Technologie
- /Produktmanagement von RENK

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Erfahrung im Bereich New Energy und Interesse an New Energy Themen
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Durchsetzungskraft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kenntnisse im Marketing
