**Internship in Predictive Formulation Development of Biopharmaceuticals**
**Duration**: 6 months
**Location**: Corsider-sur-Vevey, Switzerland
**Your role**:
We are looking for an intern with a Life Sciences background and an interest in lab activities to join our Switzerland-based group working on formulation development of biopharmaceutical drugs.
In this role, you will work alongside scientists based in Corsier-sur-Vevey (Switzerland), working on the stability assessment of biological drugs in different formulation conditions, as well as data scientists building predictive model for formulation development. Depending on the stage of the project at the time when you start your internship, as well as your proactivity, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Set up of tasks to perform, report and assess experiments and analytical activities
- Execute laboratory work for the analysis of Critical Quality Attributes of biotherapeutics using our robotic platform and our high-throughput analytical systems
- Devise strategies for data collection in databases, visualization, and analysis
- You have hands-on experience in lab activities (e.g. preparation of multiwell plates for screening) and analytical approaches (e.g., liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, thermal analysis)
- You have a good understanding of protein structure, function, and stability
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English or French
- You have rigorous attention to details
- You have a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability, and flexibility
- You are a team player
