Bist du bereit? **Deine Verantwortung - Mit einem kleinen Team übernimmst du die End-to-End Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Standardapplikationen aus den Fachbereichen Human Ressource, Aktuariat und Legal & Compliance - Du betreust und berätst unsere internen Kunden, erhebst Kundenbedürfnisse und erarbeitest Lösungsvorschläge - Die Planung, Umsetzung und Testing von Software-Applikationen oder Releases übernimmst du mit deinem Team und unseren Providern komplett selbständig - Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und internen und externen Providern integrierst du SaaS-Lösungen, managed Services und onPrem Applikationen - Du übernimmst die Kommunikation, Abklärung und Steuerung von externen Partnern und Herstellern - In Projekten übernimmst du die Rolle des (technischen) Projektleiters und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit der IT-Abteilungen **Deine Qualifikation - Studium oder höhere Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Applikationsbetreuung, Applikationsmanagement sowie im Projektmanagement - Führungskompetenz, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil - Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit kundenorientiertem Denken und Handeln - Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business und der IT - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse **Arbeiten bei Helvetia **Wir bei Helvetia suchen Menschen mit Ecken und Kanten.
