- The Lead Innovation and OCE leads and drives the area of Innovation and OCE for Innovative Medicines pioneering bold innovations through data-driven omnichannel approaches, transforming customer engagement to accelerate adoption of Novartis products at the level of the best in the industry. The Lead Innovation and OCE leads a team of 6 FTEs in the area of customer excellence, digital and solutions.-
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead Digital Transformation function and identifies new trends and customer needs, competitive strategies & the evolving technological landscape while facilitating and actively promoting best practices sharing across the company.
- Manages commercial customer excellence operations including development and implementation of robust execution approaches and action plans for Salesforce Excellence and Effectiveness including CRM, incentives, Business intelligence systems as well as deployment of new global systems.
- Instrumental in designing focused strategic solutions to address a customer need and/or a business opportunity based on thorough insights and analysis, ideally scaleable across TAs.. Liaising with TA, Medical, V&A and Portfolio teams to ensure strategic and operational fit as well as enabling smooth execution.
- Drive effective localization of our global digital / NGE platforms and drive cross brand digital engagement in terms of channels, cross brand content, SEA/SEO and social.
- Partners with TAs and specifically with portfolio marketeers, customer portfolio team and medical leads providing thought leadership in omnichannel transformation/digital excellence, personalized customer interaction and engagement, to accelerate adoption of Novartis products at the level of the best in the industry.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- University degree business or digital communication. Advanced degree in business, and/or management, digital/ e-commerce marketing, bioscience
- Expertise in Customer Engagement business processes and platforms.
- English and German. French a plus.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience in driving impactful OCE innovation in Swiss market
- Extremely well-developed understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platform and products.
