Sales Assistant (m/w/d)
**Your responsibilities**:
- Representation of the TOD'S brand
- Professional and absolutely service-oriented support of our local as well as international customers
- Strengthening customer loyalty to our store through excellent customer care
- Support and implementation of decoration and presentation on the sales floor
- Assisting in the inspection of incoming goods and proper stock keeping
- Supporting the boutique management at local events
**Your profile**:
- Successfully completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
- First sales or service experience, ideally in the luxury segment
- High level of enthusiasm for our brand and our high-quality products
- Resilient team player with a confident and stylish appearance
- Pleasure and empathy in dealing with demanding, international customers
- Fluent in French and English, other language skills an advantage
