As a Project Manager - Business Jets Completions, you will be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution from start to finish. You’ll coordinate between clients and internal teams, keeping everything on track while balancing technical performance, deadlines, and customer expectations.

**Your mission**:

- **Project Ownership**: Take over projects from the planning team and manage them through completion.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as the main point of contact, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- **Project Monitoring**: Track progress, manage risks, and ensure all critical parts are on schedule with the support of Supply Chain Management.
- **Coordination & Support**: Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all required paperwork is completed for aircraft release to service.
- **Dispute Management**: Address and escalate customer concerns as needed.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- First experience in project management is a plus.
- Experience in the aviation or a similar technical industry.
- Capable of adapting to challenges and finding solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to set priorities/taking initiatives when needed.
- Comfortable using MS Office and SAP.
- Fluent in English, French or German is an asset.
