Das Inhaber-geführte Unternehmen hat nun mit Bontique 2.0 - der Weiterentwicklung vom Produkt zu einer kompletten Wertschätzungsplattform - einiges vor. Im Rahmen eines Exklusivmandates wurden wir beauftragt, einen CTO zu finden, der/die als GL-Mitglied Bontique mit seinen/ihren konzeptionellen und technischen Skills dabei unterstützt, neue Höhen zu erklimmen. **Deine Herausforderung** **_Business Management & Geschäftsleitung (~50%)_** Du wirkst strategisch an der Vision von Bontique mit Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung der Vision (Bontique 2.0) Du entwickelst die Bontique-Plattform von einer PHP-Symfony-Applikation zu einer verteilten Plattform in der Cloud, welche Workloads, API-Gateways, Message Queues und Cloud Functions zu einem performanten System kombiniert Du verantwortest die Skalierung der IT unter Berücksichtigung von IT Security Anforderungen Du repräsentierst Bontique gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und generell allen Stakeholdern **_Leadership (~30%)_** Du führst ein Team von internen und externen Mitarbeitenden im Bereich SW Engineering, Architektur, Design & Testing Du bringst deine Mitarbeitenden als Coach und Mentor fachlich und persönlich weiter Du rekrutierst zukünftige Mitarbeitende innerhalb deines Fachbereiches. **_Engineering & Umsetzung (~20%)_** Du begleitest und unterstützt Software Engineers und Architekten bei ihren Aufgaben Du fungierst bei technischen und fachlichen Rückfragen als kompetente Anlaufstelle Du stehst bei Trouble-Shooting Cases gerne zur Verfügung Du hilfst bei Kapazitätsengpässen aus Du forderst den aktuellen Status Quo heraus und gestaltest die zukünftige Architektur aktiv mit **Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen** Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik o.ä. (HF/FH/Uni) Erfahrung oder Interesse am Thema Führung Erfahrung in der Koordination von externen IT-Dienstleistern Mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung in der Software Entwicklung Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Software Architektur IT-Knowhow zu mindestens einem der folgenden Themen: Front - & Backend, ICT, Cloud oder DevOps Anknüpfungspunkte zu: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, PHP, TypeScript, Vue.js, Angular oder React Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Start-Up Flair?
