Job Opportunity: Data Migration Experts - OneERP & Data Migration Stream Assignment
We are looking for two highly skilled professionals to join our OneERP and Data Migration Stream Assignment on a temporary basis. One of these positions has the potential to become a permanent role. In this role, adaptability is key. You'll be working closely with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization, so a growth mindset and a passion for problem-solving are essential.
Key Requirements & Skillset:
- Data Migration Expertise - Proven experience in managing end-to-end data migrations, including Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
- ERP System Knowledge - Strong understanding of data models in SAP and/or IFS Cloud, including data structures, tables, and relationships.
- Data Object Knowledge - Hands-on experience with master and transactional data objects, ensuring consistency throughout migration.
- Data Analysis - Ability to map complex data from source to target, ensuring data integrity, profiling, and cleansing.
- Requirements Engineering - Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive a smooth migration process.
- Tools & Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel for data extractions (IFS technical load handled by an external technical team).
- Attention to Detail - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all migration phases.
- Stakeholder Management - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, drive discussions, and challenge decisions when necessary to ensure a successful migration.
- Independent Work Ability - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions independently.

- Duration: ASAP - 31.12.2025
- Budget: Market rate
- Industry Experience: SAP migration projects (e.g., from legacy SAP versions or migration to new ERP systems like Dynamics)
- Languages: English (mandatory), German (nice to have)
- Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
- Start Date: ASAP
