**Votre équipe**:

- La division Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security offre aux clients et aux collaborateurs du Groupe une gamme étendue
de services; elle gère les bâtiments du siège du Groupe à Genève ainsi que ceux des filiales, succursales et bureaux de ce
dernier en Suisse et à l'étranger, et en assure la sécurité physique. Le service Dining de la division cherche, afin de renforcer
ses équipes, un/une:
Service salons clientèle

**Votre rôle**:

- Vous offrirez un service à table de grande qualité dans les salons réservés à la clientèle privée et à la direction, ainsi que lors
des événements organisés à l'extérieur de la Banque.
- Responsabilités
- Appliquer les techniques de la restauration gastronomique et de découpage en salle.
- Effectuer les mises en place dans les salons et sur les lieux de réception.
- Participer à l'entretien du matériel (argenterie, vaisselle et verrerie) et à la préparation de celui-ci pour les traiteurs.
- Contribuer au bon déroulement du service des repas dans les salons privés de la Banque et lors des événements à
l'extérieur de celle-ci (mise en place, bonne collaboration avec la cuisine, accueil de la clientèle, clôture et remise en état
des locaux).
- Accueillir les clients dans les salons de réception et prendre soin du service
- Gérer les demandes de réservation des salons et prendre les commandes pour le service des boissons.
- Rédiger et proposer les menus aux clients.
- Confirmer les commandes et les communiquer aux équipes de cuisine et de service.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme en hôtellerie/restauration.
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en qualité de chef/fe de rang, acquise dans la restauration gastronomique/l'hôtellerie de luxe,
la restauration traditionnelle et le service traiteur/banquet.
- Très bonne connaissance de la gastronomie et de la sommellerie.
- Français et anglais courants. Toute autre langue: un atout.
- Domicile en Suisse requis ou disposé/e à se relocaliser en Suisse.

Doté/e d'un sens aigu de l'accueil et d'une excellente présentation, vous assurerez un service de grande qualité. Votre
polyvalence et votre aisance relationnelle constitueront de précieux atouts pour accomplir avec succès les missions dont vous
aurez la charge. Esprit ouvert et flexible, capable de s'adapter à différentes situations et de travailler efficacement en équipe.
Intègre et discret/e, vous êtes sensible à la notion de confidentialité.
