Suchst du eine Aufgabe, in der du deine Kenntnisse der Informatikbranche optimal mit deiner Kompetenz und Freude im Kundenumgang kombinieren kannst? Dann verstärke unser Team in Basel per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel bietet die gewünschte Basis. Die bereits gesammelte erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Ladenverkauf von Computer Hard
- und Software ermöglicht dir schnelle Eigenverantwortung und Kompetenz im Kundenkontakt. Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu den Produkten von Apple und bist technisch versiert. Zusätzlich bist du die Verbindungsperson zwischen den Kunden und unseren Technikern, nimmst defekte Geräte entgegen, erstellst eine erste Problemanalyse und händigst ein Ersatz
- oder neues Gerät aus. Die Fakturierung der Reparaturen und das Einkassieren gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben.

Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsbewusste und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung am Puls der Apple Computerwelt.

**Anforderungen.**:

- Abgeschlossene Verkaufslehre, Berufserfahrung von Vorteil.
- Gute technische und Informatik-Grundlagen.
- Affinität zu den Produkten von Apple.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung.
- Deutsch: Muttersprache oder ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denken.
- Ausgesprochener Teamplayer.
- Gepflegte Erscheinung.
