**Marketing Analytics & Insights Lead**
**The Job's Mission**
The Marketing Analytics & Insights Lead will create and grow the Marketing Analytics & Insights strategy and roadmap, with a focus on Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Consumer Research, to facilitate the adoption of a data-driven culture a dynamic environment.
As a pivotal member of the Marketing Brand & Demand Generation team, the incumbent will be responsible for curation and delivery of insights to the Program Marketing Team and have direct impact on marketing touchpoints strategy and innovation pipeline. This new role in the IMD Marketing Team is an opportunity for a passionate, driven & experience data advocate to make an impact, become a trusted advisor and quickly grow within the team.
**Key Accountabilities & Activities**
- Own and execute the roadmap for each focus area (Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Consumer Research), ensuring that analytical tools, frameworks, and processes are in place to provide a deep understanding of our customers and business operations.
- Collaborate with Program Marketing Managers and Marketing Centers of Excellence to design and deliver dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators such as sales, lead generation, media performance, website user experience, touchpoints performance, and return on investment.
- Utilize closed-loop reporting between our marketing automation platform, data reporting tool, and Salesforce to generate audience insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to produce actionable insights that can inform marketing strategies and innovation pipelines.
- Accelerate speed to insights, partnering with internal Data Quality and IT teams, as well as external agencies, to maximize dashboard automation, deploy efficient monitoring solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Advocate for a data-driven culture within the organization, driving awareness and adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments.
**Education**
- University degree (Master preferably) in the areas of: Data Analytics, Statistics, Digital, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Certification in areas of digital media (e.g., Google AdWords), statistical packages (e.g., SQL), business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
**Experience**
- 8 years progressive experience in data analytics and insights work.
- Proven experience providing analysis and insights that had meaningful influence on strategies.
- Demonstrated success working with large and complex data sets; experience building queries manipulating data with Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SQL and/or similar platforms.
- Experience with predictive analytics and artificial intelligence is a plus.
**Competencies & Skills**
- Extensive experience working with: Tableau CRM, SAQL, Salesforce CRM (with a particular understanding on Lead, Contact, Opportunity, and Campaign Objects), Data Studio, Big Query, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective queries involving multiple complex data sources.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to understand the big picture and connect data insights to business goals and objectives.
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and insights.
