For our locations in Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a motivated and flexible Reception & Cash Services employee (50%). **What would your role be?** - Providing a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors and clients - Preparing the meeting room allocation on a daily base - Serving the clients with beverages during their meeting - Taking orders for culinary breaks to the external caterers and restaurants - Answering all incoming phone calls and E-Mails in the reception Inbox and distribute them accordingly - Organizing and delivering the internal mail - Providing a well maintained and clean Reception area - Provide a cash desk service that includes all transaction efficiently and to the whole satisfaction of our Company - Manage and administer the Security safe, as well as the bank and customer treasury - Personal advice in relation to all transactions like withdrawls, deposits, BBCA trade, gold and coins - Sale and complete management of Safe Services - Daily control of cash holdings **What are we looking for?** - Completed professional training in the upscale service industry - Several years of professional experience in the areas of telephone services and reception, preferably in an international company - Very good oral and written skills in French, English and German, other languages an advantage - Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams) - Quick perception, efficient, independent and reliable way of working - Team player with high service orientation and a high degree of flexibility to also work at other Vontobel Locations, when needed - Integer, resilient and winning personality with a well-groomed appearance and good manners - Diplomatic skills and a confident manner in dealing with demanding customers - Very good organizational skills, independent and precise way of working, impeccable and discrete manners and empathy - A discreet and reliable personality with a structured, forward-looking and proactive way of working **What do we offer?** - We work according to agile principles especially in our way of thinking and our methodology and we work with mutual trust - Teamwork and transparency are important to us: We always exchange valuable knowledge and skills with each other - One Vontobel - Our work culture is characterized by short communication channels and direct cross-departmental contact and information exchange We are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
