**Deine Verantwortung**:
Als Head of Enterprise Architecture Management definieren und implementieren Sie einen systematischen Ansatz für das IT-Portfolio-Management, die EA-Governance und die organisatorische Befähigung, um die Systemlandschaft und Architekturpraxis von Hilti weiterzuentwickeln. In dieser Rolle sollen Sie die Energie und Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung und das Coaching eines Teams mitbringen, die Mitarbeiter weiterentwickeln und funktionsübergreifend mit Geschäfts
- und IT-Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten.

Sie werden ein Team von Enterprise Architects leiten, das weltweit für die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft verantwortlich ist. Sie verantworten Prozesse zur Definition von Zielzuständen und Roadmaps, zur Optimierung unseres IT-Portfolios und zur Steuerung von Veränderungen in der IT-Landschaft. Sie beraten das Senior Management zu Architekturthemen und gestalten Investitionsentscheidungen mit. Darüber hinaus wenden Sie einen systematischen Ansatz zur organisatorischen Befähigung der Architekturpraxis von Hilti an.

**Deine Skills**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Unternehmensarchitekt, IT-Architekt, IT-Berater oder in einer anderen IT-Funktion mit strategischem oder Architekturmanagement-Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: IT-Architektur, Lösungsdesign, Projektmanagement, Produktverantwortung, Portfoliomanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Geschäftsumfelds eines Unternehmens mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Funktionsbereichen wie Marketing und Vertrieb, Forschung und Entwicklung, Produktion, Lieferkettenmanagement oder Unternehmensfunktionen (Personalwesen, Finanzen, Recht usw.) aus IT-Sicht
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensplattformen (z. B. ERP, Data/Workflow Mgmt.) und/oder Cloud (IaaS/PaaS)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Technologien und Trends in der digitalen Architektur
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Backend-Integrationstechnologien und Architekturmustern
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Cybersicherheit, Datenschutz und IT-Governance
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Fähigkeit zur anpassungsfähigen Kommunikation mit IT- und Geschäftsfachleuten sowie mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Neugierde, Kreativität und Bereitschaft, sich auf neue Ideen, Technologien und Methoden einzulassen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, mehrsprachig bevorzugt
