J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for Innovative Medicine (IM) User Access Management (UAM) Integration Manager to join the IM Principal Operations organization in Zug, Switzerland.

The purpose of the role is to deliver the Innovative Medicine user access management transformation strategy and ensure operational excellence after the SAP S4 Hanna project deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum related experience: 8-10 years
- Strong knowledge for Enterprise Risk Management
- Experienced in shared service or center of excellence operating model
- Some knowledge on access management related framework and activities.
- Process oriented and the ability to influence and build relationships with individuals at various levels is critical for successful implementation.
- Change management expertise and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills.
- Very strong oral and written skills in English.
- Strong documentation/policy writing/reading skills, having eye for detail and accuracy are important qualifications
