This role presents a great opportunity for someone commercially focused, with a proven sales track record within the dental industry who would like to play a key role in developing the Straumann Digital organizations approach to holistic workflow and solution selling.
Currently our Global Training & Education team provides technical training to local Straumann organizations, focused primarily on hardware and software features and usage. This training provides a good foundation for our sales, education and support teams but it is our goal to provide more commercially minded training aimed primarily at our sales organization. This will be based around the concept of holistic workflows and solutions across the entire Straumann Digital portfolio.
The main purpose of this role is to identify existing and new workflow solutions to better meet customer needs, develop sales message tracks and best practices. It also will create training tools and train the local sales organizations on how to effectively sell these solutions to customers.
**Tasks**:

- In collaboration with Product Managers and Marketing, create total solution concepts that leverage synergies across the entire Straumann Digital portfolio of hardware, software and services in a customer-oriented workflow.
- Develop commercial message tracks and best practice guidelines that highlight our USP’s and help enable local Straumann organizations to take a more solution focused sales approach.
- Deliver commercially focused training to the local Straumann organizations on total solution concepts and commercial USP’s to enable Sales teams to cross sell the entire Straumann Digital portfolio of hardware, software and services.
- Provide local Straumann organizations with training and sales tools that will enable the local sales and training teams to effectively promote, sell and train customers on these new total solution concepts.
- Design and implement a Sales Academy certification program to help build commercial and sales capability within the local Straumann organizations with emphasis on core sales capability and solution selling.

**Profile**:

- Proven sales track record within the dental industry, preferably with experience in Digital Dentistry
- Passionate about learning & development, with experience in training others
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing, product management and training & education teams
- Strong can-do attitude, welcomes new challenges, able to work on multiple tasks in parallel and ready to take on responsibility from day one
- Excellent communication skills at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
- Team player with open and positive attitude as well as a high level of integrity, commitment, and ethics
- Comfortable in working within a fast-paced, global business environment and time zones
- Fluent in English, multi lingual is advantageous
