Winter Toddler Club Teacher

Boomerang Club Gstaad GmbH is looking to complete its Winter team for 2024/25. We are offering the opportunity to work at our Toddler Club in Gstaad with educational and outdoor winter program. Boomerang Toddler Club specialises in early years education for todddlers ages 1-3 years old. Part of our winter curriculum is a very first skiing experience and snow play.

We are currently looking for qualified and outgoing individuals to join our team for the months of December, January and February.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Organisation of the Toddler Club
- Delivery of Boomerang Club programs
- Managing and leading activities
- Responsibility for the health and well being of children/group
- Monitoring the safety of children at all times
- Be a strong and positive role model to the children and team members
- Responsible for maintaining the club tidy and organised
- Driving children to different locations for activities in a van
- Person Specification_
- Outgoing, high energy and a passion for working with young children
- Patience and empathy towards children, their needs and emotional well-being
- Open and understanding of cultural differences
- Somebody who truly enjoys the outdoor part of education
- Extensive experience working with or teaching children
- Strong communication abilities
- A person that can take initiative and adjust to different situations
- Must speak English fluently
- Must hold a valid First Aid certificate and driving license
- Very experienced driver
