**Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Führen, analysieren und vorantreiben von internen und externen Quality Cases und Projekten durch anwenden von systematischen Problemlösungsmethoden und Root Cause Analysis zur kontinuierliche und nachhaltigen Verbesserung entlang unserer Produktionsprozesse
- Weiterentwickeln, standort-übergreifendes harmonisieren und durchsetzen von Qualitätssicherungs-Prozessen und -Standards im Team mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
- Vorantreiben und umsetzen der Operational Excellence der Prozesse zur Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle und abbilden der Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten im Qualitätssicherungssystem
- Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems (KPI) zur Beurteilung und frühzeitigen Erkennung von Abweichungen und das Monitoring von laufenden Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsabteilungen an den drei Produktionsstandorten in Belgien, Holland und der Schweiz, dem Claim Management und der Beschaffung
- Durchführen von internen Qualitäts-Audits und vorantreiben von korrektiven und präventiven Massnahmen

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Ingenieur Maschinenbau-/Verfahrenstechnik/-Werkstofftechnik (FH, HF) und Qualitäts-Management (z.B. CAS/MAS)
- Mehrjährige praxisorientierte Erfahrung im Qualitäts-Management vorzugsweise in der industriellen Massenproduktion mit hoher Fertigungstiefe und mehreren Produktionsstandorten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches, konzeptionelles, interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen um zum Kern der Herausforderungen vorzudringen und Lösungsoptionen zu erarbeiten
- Durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
- Ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz, Projektleitungserfahrung und der Fähigkeit komplexe technische Qualitätsaspekte mit unterschiedlichen Interessensvertreter zu lösen
- Erfahrung mit internen/externen Audits im Umfeld ISO 9001
