**Position Summary**

**A Day in the Life of a Sensory Panel Leader**
- Define project timeline and methodology with the sensory specialists and manager.
- Plan, organize, and conduct sensory panel sessions for own studies.
- Run, screen, train and evaluate performance of sensory external panels.
- Prepare datasets, conduct simple statistical analysis and report.
- Operate laboratory tests (sensory, physical and alternative measurements) as per instructions (sample preparation, coding, serving, recording, reporting).
- Test protocol and set procedure for new measurement instruments.
- Prepare and manage samples (supplying, storage, disposal).
**What will make you successful**
- A bachelor's degree, CFC, HES, DUT or equivalent in food Science and technology with around 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in sensory evaluation with knowledge of most common sensory evaluation methodologies (monadic and comparative profiling, ranking ).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in French and at least intermediate in English (written and spoken).
