**Job Description** ESG Management**:

- Management of a team driving ESG controlling to the next level
- Driving proactive initiatives and improve the current reporting landscape
- Result and project update for C-level incl. direct exchange
- Lead and manage the process with our non-financial assurance provider
- Strong coordination between different functional senior levels ensuring contribution to the annual report and corporate initiatives

**ESG Reporting processes, tool and network**:

- Ensure efficient ESG data collection and reporting processes along with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and maintain the supporting guidelines, manuals and tools for the Sustainability & Operations Reporting community
- Reporting administration: onboarding of new companies, maintenance of the reporting network and associated tools and manuals, and internal communication
- Support and liaison with the regions/locals on their reporting requirements and training needs
- Contribute to the enhancement and the development of monitoring tools (ie. energy initiative tracker, waste and water initiatives tracker)

**ESG data analysis and monitoring**:

- Quality review, analysis of sustainability reporting and ensure timeliness with regards to reporting deadlines
- Sustainability KPI monitoring with interaction of regional and local teams for reasonable commenting
- Track progress towards Sika’s sustainability strategy and goals
- Prepare sustainability performance reports/status updates for Group Management and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify areas of opportunities and improvements
- Contribute to data analytics automation and process optimization

**Support Sika’s sustainability strategy, reporting and communication**:

- Contribute to Sika’s sustainability reporting with regards to non-financial regulations and frameworks (CSRD, Taxonomy, TCFD, ISSB)
- Support the data collection and disclosure processes for external ratings and questionnaires (CDP, CSA, etc.)
- Contribute to Sika’s annual sustainability disclosures, including support on the non-financial assurance engagement
- Engage with internal/external stakeholders on various projects related to sustainability

**Qualifications**
- Relevant educational qualifications, Master’s Degree preferred, in either finance, economics or sustainability management
- Minimum 4 years working experience in the area of sustainability in business (consulting or sustainability analyst)
- Leadership experience in managing a team
- A good understanding of sustainability topics related to business risks & opportunities together with knowledge of sustainability-related regulations, global standards and frameworks
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
