Futur Team Leader - Commercial Porte-à-Porte (Partenaire d'un opérateur mobile)

Description du poste:
Nous recherchons un(e) Futur Team Leader pour encadrer et motiver une équipe de commerciaux spécialisés dans le porte-à-porte (D2D) auprès de particuliers, en partenariat avec un opérateur mobile leader du marché. Vous commencerez en tant que commercial(e) pour bien comprendre notre métier, avant de gravir les échelons vers un poste de manager.

Vos missions:

- Prospecter en porte-à-porte pour proposer les services d’un opérateur mobile de renom.
- Suivre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux définis.
- Développer vos compétences en management avec un accompagnement personnalisé.
- Participer à la formation et à la montée en compétence de l’équipe.
- Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction et contribuer aux stratégies de développement.

Votre profil:

- Dynamique, ambitieux(se) et doté(e) d’une forte capacité de persuasion.
- À l’aise en communication avec une excellente présentation.
- Motivé(e) par les challenges et les opportunités d’évolution rapide.
- Une première expérience en vente, en porte-à-porte ou en télécommunications est un atout.

Localisation : À définir selon nos agences sur le territoire.

Rémunération : Fixe attractif + commissions illimitées sur les ventes réalisées.
