**Working as a Presales Cyber Security Expert**:
In collaboration with Sales, your mission is to build customer relations and expand Orange Cyberdefense scope and portfolio of services with targeted customers and prospects. This mission includes key stakeholders relationships, contributing to joint sales planning, solution strategy definition, identification of potential opportunities, and deal qualification.

You will act as the customer advocate for their cybersecurity needs and ensure that proposed solutions are effective for the customer. Through wide technology insight and customer industry awareness, you will guide and influence customers on selected Orange Cyberdefense services.

In your role you will be responsible for continuously looking into digital technology evolution/opportunities with the ambition to increase our customer intimacy and grow the business and value of services delivered by Orange Cyberdefense.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will support the sales team by providing technical expertise on our cybersecurity solutions.
- You will participate in the development of commercial proposals and responses to tenders, ensuring that our offers align with customer needs.
- You will conduct presentations and demonstrations of our managed services, particularly in industrial security, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
- You will closely collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- You will contribute to the training and support of sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services.
- This position is based in Bern to be close to the local sales teams.

**What we expect of you**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT and security field, with certifications in various security products.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, particularly with solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, and Microsoft.
- Knowledge of managed services in cybersecurity, including industrial security management, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
- Skills in writing commercial proposals and responding to tenders.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- You will be proactive, dynamic, rigorous, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in **English and German is required**, and knowledge of **French**would be a plus
