**Project Manager Executive Office**

**Permanent contract **/ based in Lausanne, Switzerland or Paris, France

You have a high level of drive, commitment, determination and intercultural awareness with excellent verbal and oral communication skills. You have strong analytical and conceptual skills with a strong ability to structure and prioritize issues. You are multilingual, with high fluency in English and in French. You have at least a Master’s degree from a highly reputable and duly accredited university and between 5 and 10 years’ experience in financial or strategy consulting, or private equity, or general secretary of an international company with proven experience in engagement and successful cooperation with experienced leaders in various sectors (business, academia, government,). Strong business and finance acumen (with strong track record of leading/delivering financial or -strategy/development assignments in field of corporate strategy/planning, business development, mergers & acquisitions, and investments), organizational awareness and experience in change management in a complex matrixed environment are also required with strong computer skills (MS Office), particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

As Project Manager Executive Office, your main missions will be:
**Strategy & Corporate**:

- Assist CEO and ExCom in all corporate / strategic projects
- Prepare key corporate meetings material and ensure follow-up of decisions (Executive Committee, Boards)
- Provide Executive Management Team leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization and achievements of objectives, in line with strategic roadmap
- Assist the CEO and Executive Management Team in development projects (organic and external growth) on matters such as review of opportunities, RFPs, documentation, preparation of negotiation meetings, business planning, follow-up
- Be the interface and lead internal point of coordination with external consultants on strategic projects
- Participate with the CEO and Executive Management Team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.

**Finance follow-up**:

- More specifically with the CFO and Finance department for all aspects, financial analysis and seizing of initiatives as well as follow-up/progress analysis linked to the different active projects
- Participation to preparation of strategic long-term plan/business plans alongside CEO and finance team.

**Information Management**:

- Prepare and present company KPIs to the CEO: gather, summarize, and analyze all information dashboards and KPI at company level
- Liaise with senior executives to ensure proper information sharing and team performance improvement.

**Direct support the CEO**:

- Draft presentations, reports, and other correspondence for the CEO
- Support CEO in meetings by taking minutes in the governing instances in which the PMEO is present.
